Crystal Cruises

Crystal Cruises is at present perhaps the most highly rated of all the "big ship" luxury cruise lines. The line has a very high repeat passenger rate, and many of Crystal cruises sell out early.

The "six star" Crystal Cruise line represents the ultra-deluxe segment of the cruise business, and as most Luxury Cruise Lines is primarily a small ship operator. Luxury Cruise Lines offer a noticeably more elevated level of service than the regular five- star cruises but also tend to be the most expensive cruises. They are definitely not mass market. Exceptional service, elegant and refined ambiance, extra attention to passenger comfort and satisfaction, larger food budgets, a very high level of ship's maintenance, and more inclusive pricing are some of the hallmarks of the six-star cruise lines
Beginning Spring 2012, Crystal Cruises will be All Inclusive, enhancing the already expansive host of complimentary luxury services and amenities with the addition of free fine wines and premium spirits, open bar service in all lounges, and complimentary gratuities for housekeeping, bar and dining staff. Effective with the spring Trans-Atlantic crossings of Crystal Symphony (March 19, 2012), and Crystal Serenity (May 8, 2012), guests can enjoy the added convenience of all-included luxury with the cruise line voted World’s Best more than any other in history.

Crystal Cruise Ships

The Crystal Symphony was voted ship of the year in 2001 by the WOCLS.
The beautiful Symphony being the older, is 48,621 tons and carries 960 passengers. It is one of the most spacious cruise ships at sea. Onboard amenities include grand lounges, full-service fitness facility, Crystal casino, Feng Shui-inspired spa, 360° teak Promenade Deck, two pools, Jacuzzi®,award-winning cuisine and entertainment, in addition to, elegantly appointed staterooms most of which have private verandahs.

In June of 2003 Julie Andrews christened Crystal Serenity in England. At 68,000 tons and capable of serving 1,080 guests, Crystal Serenity is our largest ship. However, like her sister ship, she maintains one of the highest space-per-guest ratios at sea, so you'll never feel crowded. Featuring many of the same popular public spaces and amenities as Crystal Symphony, Crystal Serenity serves up innovation in the form of new dining venues like Tastes, Silk Road and The Sushi Bar.

Comfort is one of Crystal Cruises biggest selling points
